Your local team
Mike DeCollibus started with KMSNA in 2003 and is the current President. During his 40 year career in engineering and automation industries, he has held management positions in operations and sales. He has a BSME and is heavily involved in the daily sales and marketing activities at KMSNA with a primary focus on selling Körber Medipak Systems products to the Pharmaceutical and Biotech industries.
Kerry has spent over 25 years in the pharmaceutical packaging technology segment. He has worked primarily in sales and senior management with MGS Machine Corporation, Bosch Packaging Technology and Korber Medipak Systems. Kerry graduated from University of Minnesota with a degree in Biological Sciences and attended Jones International Univerity studying Global Enterprise Management.
Director, Technical Services
Marty O'Boyle has been working as a professional engineer for 25 years, with 17 years of experience with Medipak Systems. He received his Bachelors of Science from University of South Florida, in Mechanical Engineering. During his time with Medipak Systems, he has worked as a mechanical designer, project engineer, project manager, and leader of technical sales support & program management.
Nav has spent more than 20 years in fields related to Pharmaceutical Packaging Technology. His previous roles included Tooling Engineer, Project Engineer, Sales and Quotation support, Project Manager and currently Engineering Manager at KMSNA. He has managed multiple special machinery projects including Tablet packaging, Medical device packaging, Dental product packaging and Serialization. Nav holds a BSME degree from Delhi College of Engineering and a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of South Florida.
Key Account Representative
Mike has 21 years of service with Körber Medipak Systems. He has experience in Tooling Engineering, Manufacturing, Field Service and Materials Management. Mike worked for Technical Sales and Engineering before joining the Körber team.
Tim has spent over 5 years in the pharmaceutical vision inspection sector. He has worked primarily in service and parts with Körber Medipak Systems and formerly Seidenader Vision Research. Tim holds an A.A. degree in Business Administration.
Sales Manager, MW
Keith has experience in pharmaceutical packaging equipment and package design concepts designed for automation. Prior to joining Körber Medipak Systems, he has held numerous positions in product marketing and business management over the past 25 years in the automation, robotics and motion control industry. Keith holds a Bachelor and Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
Sales Manager, East
Ernie Bancroft has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical packaging and automation industry, with positions in technical sales and engineering at Medipak Systems, Adept Technology, and General Electric. Ernie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University, a Master of Business Administration degree from Boston University, and a is a graduate of General Electric’s Manufacturing Management Program (MMP).
Director, Business Development and Sales Manager Canada
Daryl has spent 22 years in various roles and segments of packaging. This includes packaging materials development, contract packaging and equipment and automation technology for pharmaceutical applications at companies such as Avery Dennison, WestRock, and Alcan. Daryl holds B. Engineering Science degree in Chemical Engineering.
Sales Manager, Serialization
Len Valeo’s education background is in electrical engineering and has been an Account Manager in the pharmaceutical packaging industry for over 25 years. His primary skill sets include the positioning and selling of machine vision and serialization software products. Len’s success has prospered over the years by developing unique selling strategies in a niche market place, understanding the competitive landscape, penetrating new territories, and building long-lasting business relationships. Len’s previous employer’s include Laetus Systems and a 2-decade relationship with Systech International.
